Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals with solid expertise in US Mortgage Bankruptcy Reconciliation and related servicing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and processing bankruptcy-related mortgage accounts while ensuring compliance with investor, regulatory, and client requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within defined service levels and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Bankruptcy Reconciliation activities for mortgage servicing loans.
- Review and reconcile account statements, payment histories, escrow balances, and loan transactions.
- Prepare and review Bankruptcy-related documents and calculations accurately.
- Handle processes including:
- Ledger Preparation
- Proof of Claim (POC)
- Motion for Relief (MFR)
- PPFN
- PCN
- Related Bankruptcy support services

- Review foreclosure and bankruptcy documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Analyze borrower information to determine the applicability of state-regulated protections and legal requirements.
- Review mortgage and bankruptcy-related legal documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure assigned cases are managed in accordance with regulatory guidelines, investor requirements, client policies,



and established timelines.
- Update servicing systems and maintain accurate documentation of all actions taken on accounts.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately for timely resolution.
- Meet productivity, quality, SLA, and TAT requirements consistently.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of US Mortgage Servicing and Bankruptcy processes.
- Hands-on experience in Bankruptcy Reconciliation and associated functions.
- Knowledge of bankruptcy regulations, court filings, and mortgage servicing guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in reviewing legal and financial documents.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (Minimum 15 years of education completed).
- Good command of written and spoken English.

Mandatory Experience

- Minimum 12 months of hands-on experience in US Mortgage Bankruptcy Reconciliation.
- Experience in Bankruptcy-related servicing processes, including review and reconciliation activities.
- Knowledge of Proof of Claim, Motion for Relief, Ledger Preparation, PPFN, PCN, and foreclosure-related documentation.
