We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Application Support Executive to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for NEFT, RTGS, IMPS transactions, SFMS applications, and desktop-related issues. This role requires strong technical skills in banking applications, basic networking, and desktop support.

Requirements:

- Provide L1 support for NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS payment systems.
- Manage and support SFMS application and related banking tools.
- Handle day-to-day desktop support issues including hardware troubleshooting.
- Assist with basic networking support (IP configuration, LAN/WAN troubleshooting).
- Conduct routine database and system health checks to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Participate in and coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.




- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain incident logs, escalate unresolved issues, and ensure timely closure.
- Key Skills Required:
- Banking Systems: NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, SFMS, CCIL
- Applications & Tools: SFMS Application, SQL, DR Drill Management
- Technical Skills: Basic Networking (IP, LAN, WAN), Troubleshooting
- IT Support: Desktop Support, Hardware/Software Issue Resolution
- Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
