REQUIREMENT

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5-8 years of hands-on IT support/infrastructure experience.
- Practical experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune.
- Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki switches and LAN troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting an enterprise EDR solution, preferably Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or Bit Defender or comparable technology.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, DHCP and DNS.
- Robust troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
