Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates to join our International Chat Support team. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, providing prompt resolutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience while maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.




- Meet productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.

- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Willingness to work from office and in rotational shifts.
