Tracking and maintain open Scrap Purchase Orders (Domestic & Import).
Coordination with vendors for timely delivery and share daily MIS of Ground Stock + Delivery schedule of open orders wrt Casting Plan of Steel Melt unit.
Coordination with vendors for melting witness of scrap.
Preparation and send debit notes for deviation in scrap suppliers wrt agreed PO terms.
Follow up with suppliers for claim (Credit Notes) recovery.
Coordinate for quality claims of incoming scrap - Rejection (send as it is) or get credit note after due approval of Purchase KAM.
Internal Generated Scrap Audit Daily plant round and sending report of internal scrap Coding Storage Grade wise segregation – coordinate for disposal to scrap yard.
Close coordination with Scrap Yard team wrt heat planning and melting.
