Key Responsibilities & DutiesTechno-Commercial Estimation & Costing:Review client inquiry documents, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), schematic drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents for LT/HT control panels. Select appropriate switchgear (ACB, MCCB, MCB, Contactors), busbars, enclosures, PLCs, VFDs, meters, and accessories from leading brands (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, ABB, L&T;) based on current/voltage ratings and fault levels.Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM), labor costs, fabrication charges, testing/transportation costs, and final price estimations using MS Excel or specialized panel estimation software. Derive value-engineering options to offer competitive pricing without compromising quality or compliance standards.Sales, Lead Generation & Client Engagement:Prospect and acquire current business inquiries from industrial manufacturing plants, MEP contractors, OEMs, and infrastructure projects. Submit techno-commercial offers, handle technical queries/clarifications raised by client consultants, and participate in technical alignment meetings. Follow up on submitted proposals,



conduct price negotiations, finalize commercial terms (payment milestones, delivery schedules), and convert inquiries into confirmed purchase orders.Handover & Cross-Functional Coordination:Conduct technical order-handover meetings with internal Design, Production, and Procurement teams upon order receipt.Coordinate with component vendors to secure updated price lists, discount structures, and component lead times.Track competitors pricing trends, market strategies, and emerging panel components/technologies.
