Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end in-house recruitment for all departments.
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with HODs.
- Manage offer negotiations and issue offer/appointment/appraisal letters.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and documentation.
- 1-6 years of Recruitment experience
- Solid sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
