• Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio & Copilot Agent Responsibilities

- Microsoft Copilot
- Support, administer, and optimise Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments. • Troubleshoot Copilot licensing, access, indexing, permissions, and data grounding issues.
- Assist users with effective prompt engineering and Copilot best practices.
- Monitor Copilot adoption, usage, and value realisation.
- Support governance, compliance, and security controls relating to Copilot.
- Copilot Studio & Copilot Agents • Support Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Configure agent knowledge sources and integrations with Microsoft 365 services.
- Troubleshoot Copilot Studio solutions, generative AI responses, and agent performance issues.
- Promote best practices for responsible AI, governance, security, and data protection.
