Key Responsibilities & Duties
Revenue Generation & Market Expansion:
Plan, execute, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with business growth goals.
Identify untapped market opportunities, target potential B2B/institutional clients, and expand distributor, dealer, or direct client networks.
Conduct market intelligence, competitive analysis, and pricing benchmarking to position products/services effectively.
Client Acquisition & Key Account Management:
Establish, nurture, and maintain strong business relationships with high-value clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, prepare formal tenders/proposals, and finalize high-value deal closures.
Resolve client grievances promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership & Field Management:
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of Sales Engineers, Territory Officers, or Field Sales Executives.
Assign transparent targets, beat plans, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); conduct regular performance reviews and field tracking.
Provide continuous sales coaching,



product training, and motivation to maximize team productivity.
Commercial Control & Outstanding Recovery:
Enforce company credit policies and monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to ensure tight cash-flow management.
Take ownership of payment collections and outstanding recoveries to minimize bad debts and overdue balances.
Coordinate closely with production, supply chain, and billing departments to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
