Key Responsibilities

- Managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.

- Preparing and analysing financial statements, MIS and management reports.

- Overseeing accounting, financial controls and working capital management.

- Ensuring compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act and other applicable laws.

- Coordinating statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits.

- Supporting business strategy, cost optimisation and financial decision-making.

- Liaising with management, banks, auditors and other stakeholders.





- Providing strategic financial insights to improve business performance.

- Strong financial analysis and accounting expertise

- Excellent knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance

- Proficiency in Excel, ERP and financial reporting

- Robust communication, leadership and client-handling skills

- Commercial acumen and ability to work independently at the clients office
