Job Title: Field Sales Executive & Trainees (Institutional B2B Sales)

About the Company:

We serve a wide range of institutional clients including government bodies, healthcare institutions, hostels, and educational institutions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct field sales of equipment, instruments, and machinery in institutional B2B markets.
- Manage client interactions, product demonstrations, and sales closures independently.
- Work closely with and participate in government procurement through the GeM Portal.
- Identify new sales opportunities and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Be ready for frequent travel and deployment across South India on short notice.
Candidate Profile:
For experienced candidates:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proven experience in institutional field sales (equipment/machinery preferred).
- Experience in handling government sales via dealers and the GeM Portal is essential.
For Freshers:
- Fresh graduates with a degree in any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Prior sales experience is not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn institutional sales, government procurement procedures, dealer management, and GeM Portal operations is essential.
Essential for both trainees and experienced candidates
- Solid communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess the ability to work independently.
- Excellent presentation,negotiation, and business development skills.
