Description:

Responsible for overseeing accounts payable operations and ficial transaction controls to ensure accurate processing of vendor invoices, payment authorizations, and ledger reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies. The role reviews invoice verification, purchase order matching, and confirmation of goods or services received, ensuring integrity of ficial transactions and adherence to internal ficial controls. It supports execution of vendor payment processing, reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers, and monitoring of outstanding liabilities, ensuring accuracy in ficial reporting. The position contributes to ficial documentation, audit support, and compliance reporting, maintaining transparent and well-governed ficial records. It also collaborates with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and improve accounts payable efficiency.

Essential Functions:

- Perform end-to-end accounts payable processing with robust control adherence
- Verify invoices through PO & GRN Matching and approval validation




- Process vendor payments ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Support accounts receivable invoicing and customer credit verification
- Apply receipts and perform sales reconciliation and ageing analysis
- Handle dispute & deduction management with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for quality & audit readiness
- Support period close activities related to AP/AR
- Ensure adherence to legal, ethical & goverce requirements

Additional Responsibilities:

Education:

- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B.Com - Required

- Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Com - Preferred

Experience:

- 1 year or more in 1 - 4 Years
