Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is preferred; qualifications in
Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management may be considered
based on relevant EPC experience.
• 15 to20 years of overall experience in estimation, costing, and tendering
within the construction, EPC, industrial infrastructure, warehouse, or PEB
sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in independently managing large-scale and
complex tenders from initial evaluation through submission and commercial
negotiations.
• Robust exposure to EPC projects and actual site execution, including
construction methodologies, resource planning, productivity, and project cost
control.
• Experience in leading estimation and tendering teams and presenting bid
recommendations to senior management.
• Exposure to industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, commercial
developments, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
