Job Description

- Design, develop, and update training content for various learning programs.
- Create engaging digital learning materials including:
- Micro-learning modules
- Video-based learning content
- Instructor-led training (ILT) materials
- Virtual classroom training (VCT) content
- Refresher and tactical update modules

- Develop visual and multimedia content using video editing and authoring tools.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploads, version control, learner engagement, and reporting.
- Work closely with automotive subject matter experts to gather technical information and convert it into learner-friendly content.
- Ensure training content aligns with organizational standards, business objectives, and learner requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for content development projects.




- Track content effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and business needs.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor learning effectiveness using reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau. Qualifications

- Certification in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Learning Technologies, or Video Production would be an advantage.
- Experience in the Automotive industry is mandatory.
