Key Responsibilities

Generate, identify and qualify new enquiries.

Map contractors, infrastructure projects, builders, quarry/mining companies, rental companies and industrial customers.

Conduct customer meetings, site visits and application assessments.

Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate machine.

Present machine specifications, productivity, operating economics and application perks.

Conduct machine demonstrations.

Prepare quotations and support negotiations.

Coordinate with finance partners for customer finance requirements.

Coordinate booking, delivery and commissioning.

Hand over customers effectively to the Service team.

Develop key accounts, repeat business and customer referrals.

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
