Position: Senior Pre-Sales Executive / Assistant Manager - Pre-Sales

- Experience: 3+ years in pre-sales, preferably in real estate
- Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru, for the first year; Banashankari, Bengaluru, thereafter
- Salary: Up to 6 LPA, depending on skills and experience
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle prospective customers and convert leads into property site visits.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Generate leads from the existing customer database.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team and provide inputs to improve lead quality.
- Maintain lead records and track follow-ups and site-visit conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile





- 3+ years of experience in real estate pre-sales.
- Experience working with residential real estate builders or developers.
- Proven ability to generate and drive site visits.
- Robust communication, customer engagement, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Willingness to work from Yelahanka for one year and subsequently from Banashankari.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
