Role & responsibilities
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, VMCs, CNC turning, Shaping, Grinding, Shaving, Broaching, SPM, and conventional machines.
- Maintenance and Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems and PLC maintenance.
- Minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown records like MTTR, MTBF, RCA.
- Ensure proper machine safety and maintenance practices.
Experience: 2 To 5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
