About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst / Associate Analyst - Foreclosure to support foreclosure operations within the US Mortgage servicing domain. The role involves managing foreclosure milestones, coordinating with foreclosure attorneys and vendors, reviewing loan documentation, preparing foreclosure instructions, and ensuring compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the foreclosure lifecycle, default servicing processes, and mortgage documentation while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review foreclosure milestones and take necessary actions to mitigate delays in the foreclosure process.
- Coordinate with foreclosure attorneys, trustees, and vendors to ensure timelines are met.
- Review foreclosure loan files and gather required documents for foreclosure proceedings.
- Prepare and submit bidding instructions to foreclosure attorneys.
- Complete foreclosure-related workflows and system updates accurately within defined SLAs.
- Generate judgment figures, reinstatement figures, and payoff calculations as required.
- Prepare and validate foreclosure execution documents.
- Identify loans eligible for foreclosure referral and initiate appropriate actions.
- Ensure compliance with investor, insurer, client, and regulatory guidelines.




- Maintain accurate account notes and documentation in mortgage servicing platforms.
- Monitor foreclosure timelines and proactively escalate exceptions or delays.
- Perform quality checks and ensure completeness of foreclosure documentation.
- Support audit requests and compliance reviews related to foreclosure processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of US Mortgage Default Servicing and Foreclosure processes.
- Understanding of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure timelines.
- Experience working with mortgage servicing systems and workflow tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Mortgage Foreclosure / Default Servicing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations and foreclosure processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and mortgage servicing applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Ability to work in rotational or night shifts.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
