Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with robust expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have a consulting/staffing background and experience hiring for technologies such as Java, Full Stack, React, Python, Microservices, Cloud, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist relevant profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide hiring updates.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
