Firstgreen Consulting is seeking a motivated Sustainability Consultant - Green Buildings to support high-impact green building and sustainability assignments across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. The role offers exposure to leading green certification frameworks, ESG reporting, and data-driven sustainability advisory for marquee clients in India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support facilitation of LEED, IGBC and GRIHA certifications from design to documentation and submission
- Assist in energy, water, materials and indoor environmental quality assessments
- Contribute to carbon accounting and GHG inventories aligned with recognised standards
- Support sustainability audits and performance benchmarking
- Assist in preparation of ESG disclosures, reports and client presentations
- Develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards and trackers using spreadsheets and modelling outputs
- Coordinate with internal teams,
clients and external consultants to meet project timelines
Experience Required
2-5 years of relevant professional experience in green buildings, sustainability consulting, or related domains.
You Must Have
Solid analytical, documentation and reporting skills
Working knowledge of LEED, IGBC and/or GRIHA frameworks
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Exposure to simulation or modelling tools (energy, water, daylight or similar)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a consulting environment
