Key Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive credit reports by analyzing financial statements and evaluating key non-financial parameters of assigned entities.
- Assess and update credit ratings in line with internal risk assessment methodologies.
- Maintain and update company databases with accurate and timely information.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, quality, and compliance while meeting defined timelines and SLAs.
- Monitor and update MIS reports, process trackers, and relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with correspondents, sales associates, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of reports.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.




- Support research-driven projects, business presentations, and analytical assignments undertaken by the business unit.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to knowledge-sharing and best practices across teams.

Key Requirements

- MBA (Finance) freshers with a strong understanding of financial statements, business models, industry analysis, and current economic and business trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from financial and business information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal and presentation abilities suitable for a global corporate environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and create impactful presentations.
- Self-driven team player with strong planning, organizational, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration, trust, and innovation.
