Job: Workday HCM Security

WFO(Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida)

JD:

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Security Consultant to manage, support, and enhance Workday security across HCM modules. The role will be responsible for security configuration, access management, troubleshooting, audits, and ensuring compliance with organizational security and governance standards.

Configure and maintain Workday security groups, including Role-Based, User-Based, Job-Based, and Intersection Security Groups.





Manage Domain Security Policies and Business Process Security Policies.

Provision, modify, and revoke user access based on approved requests.

Support security requirements across Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.

Perform security impact analysis for new configurations, enhancements, and business process changes.

Troubleshoot security and access-related issues and provide timely resolution.

Support Workday release testing, regression testing, and production deployments.

Conduct periodic access reviews, security audits, and remediation activities.

Support segregation of duties, least-privilege access, and compliance requirements.

Maintain security documentation, configuration workbooks, SOPs, and audit evidence.

Work closely with HR, IT, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Workday functional teams.

Support incidents, service requests, and change requests in an AMS/support setting.

Participate in knowledge transfer, transition, and operational readiness activities.

Good understanding of: Security Groups, Domain Security, Business Process Security, Role assignments, User-Based and Role-Based access and Security activation and validation

Experience with Workday business processes and organizational structures.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
