Dell Boomi Integration Developer (UKG Payroll Integration)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support integrations using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
- Build and maintain integrations between UKG Workforce Management (UKG/Kronos) and Payroll systems.
- Develop APIs, file-based integrations, and real-time interfaces using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SFTP.
- Create data mappings, transformations, validations, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Monitor integration jobs, troubleshoot failures, and support payroll processing cycles.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams during design, testing, and deployment.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi Integration Platform.
- Experience integrating UKG Time & Attendance / Workforce Management systems with Payroll applications.
- Valuable understanding of:
- Employee Master Data
- Timesheets & Attendance
- Overtime & Leave Data




- Payroll Input Interfaces

- Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, CSV, and SFTP.
- Experience with integration monitoring, reconciliation, and production support.
- Knowledge of SQL and database integrations.

Preferred

- Experience integrating UKG with SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors ECP, ADP, Oracle Payroll, or Workday Payroll.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Dell Boomi Certification preferred.
