Job Title: Site Acquisition & Expansion Manager
Reports To: Head of Expansion / Ops Leadership

Role Summary
We're looking for a Site Acquisition & Expansion Manager to drive site identification, negotiation, and onboarding for recent locations. This role owns the full lifecycle from scouting a location to handing over a ready site to the Base Leader for operational go-live, while working closely with the Ops leadership team to ensure expansion aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential sites based on catchment, footfall, demographics, and business fit criteria
- Conduct market research and competitive mapping to shortlist high-potential locations
- Lead end-to-end negotiations with factories manager/owners on rent, lease terms, and commercial agreements
- Coordinate due diligence - legal, compliance, and documentation checks with internal/external stakeholders
- Finalize agreements and ensure smooth closure within target timelines
- Manage the handover process to the Base Leader, ensuring all site details, agreements, and operational readiness are clearly transferred




- Partner closely with Ops leadership to align site pipeline with expansion targets, budgets, and timelines
- Track and report on site acquisition pipeline, deal status, and market insights
- Build and maintain a network of brokers, property owners, and local contacts to support pipeline generation

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or site acquisition/real estate
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, travel locally/regionally, and manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Comfortable with target-driven, fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of lease agreements and commercial terms (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - will work with factories owners, site manager’s, legal teams, and internal Ops leadership

Good to Have

- Prior experience in retail, QSR, logistics, or last-mile expansion roles
- Existing broker/factories network in target markets
- Exposure to lease documentation or legal/compliance basics
