Freelance Trainer Soft-Skills

Opportunity Type: Freelancing
Training Duration: 18 days
Remuneration: 1,500 per day

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on CAWS (Communication and Workplace Skills) and MS (Managing Self).
- Facilitate interactive sessions using role plays, group discussions, and peer learning.
- Support young and unemployed graduates in developing communication, self-management, and workplace readiness skills.
- Adapt training delivery to participants' learning needs and ensure active engagement.
- Deliver sessions in English, using regional languages to simplify concepts where required.

Preferred Trainer Profile

- CAWS: 3+ years of industry experience, exposure to behavioural and senior leadership training, and relevant ReBT, NLP, or Psychology qualifications/certifications.
- MS (Managing Self): Experience in self-management, personal effectiveness, and behavioural skills training.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, and the relevant regional language.
- Willingness to travel to training centres and availability on weekdays.
