To supervise and execute civil construction activities at site, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, project timelines, and safety requirements. The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution of high-rise residential developments.

Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities including structural and finishing works.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
- Coordinate and guide contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce for effective execution.
- Handle construction activities related to high-rise residential buildings including:
- Excavation and foundation works
- RCC structural works
- Masonry and plastering
- Waterproofing
- Finishing and handover activities

- Ensure compliance with construction methodology and engineering standards.
- Monitor workmanship and material quality to ensure adherence to approved standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects/snags for corrective action.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and quality documentation.
- Track daily work progress against project schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Verify work quantities executed at site.
- Support contractor billing measurements and certification.
- Assist in material reconciliation and consumption tracking.
- Interpret construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and project managers.
- Ensure implementation of revisions and updated drawings at site.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company policies.
- Report unsafe practices and support implementation of corrective measures.
- Maintain proper site documentation and statutory compliance records.
- Identify and close construction snags before project handover.
- Support final inspections and handover of completed units to internal teams/customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in reputed real estate or construction companies.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects.
- Ability to handle site challenges and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work at project sites and manage execution under deadlines.
