Job Title: Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) Finance Functional Consultant
Experience: 5 to 9 years

We are looking for an experienced Oracle JD Edwards Finance functional consultant to support implementation, enhancements, and application support. The candidate should have strong finance process knowledge and hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financial Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and JDE configurations.
- Configure and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management processes.
- Support financial period closing, account reconciliation, intercompany accounting, and multicurrency transactions.
- Investigate functional issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
- Execute functional testing, support SIT and UAT, and validate fixes and system changes.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and integration with other business applications.
- Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Work closely with finance users, technical consultants, and project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience





- 59 years of relevant experience as a JD Edwards Finance Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, preferably version 9.2.
- Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Experience with JDE financial configurations, including Automatic Accounting Instructions (AAIs), business units, chart of accounts, and processing options.
- Understanding of finance integration with Procurement, Sales, and Inventory.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or production support projects.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CA, CMA, or MBA Finance is an advantage.
- Experience supporting multiple companies, currencies, and countries.
- Exposure to tax configuration, localization requirements, and financial reporting.
