Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and industry verticals.

- Design and present tailored AI data solutions (collection, annotation, transcription, labeling).

- Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and client-facing presentations.

- Work closely with project and delivery teams to define scope, timelines, and cost estimates.

- Conduct product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept when required.

- Maintain a deep understanding of Shaip s offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Support sales in lead qualification and early-stage client discussions.

- Maintain accurate records of presales activities in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Relevant experience in presales, business analysis, or solution consulting (preferably in AI/ML data services, IT services, or SaaS).

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data lifecycle is a plus.





- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling client deliverables.

- Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
