Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are designed and installed correctly.
- Conduct site visits to inspect plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting systems, and electrical installations for compliance with design specifications.
- Develop detailed reports on system performance and identify areas for improvement or maintenance requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules and budgets for MEP projects.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of plumbing system design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in coordinating with various trades (HVAC, electrical) during construction phases.
