Required skills:
5+ years hands-on experience with Time Tracking and/or Absence Management in an analyst, configurator, or technical lead role
Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design golive).
Solid understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance .
Experience with Workday API/web services. Familiarity with all domain components: configuration, BP, security, integrations, reporting.
Experience using PMM (waterfall) or similar structured project methodologies. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
