Key Responsibilities & Duties
Business Development & Market Expansion:Identify, prospect, and acquire recent project opportunities across industrial manufacturing plants, logistics warehouses, cold storage setups, commercial sheds, and infrastructure projects. Build and maintain a strong referral network with architects, structural consultants, turnkey civil contractors, project management consultants (PMCs), and industrial estate developers. Conduct market mapping across industrial belts (e.g., MIDC zones, logistics hubs) to identify upcoming greenfield and expansion projects.Techno-Commercial Proposals & Estimation:Understand client structural requirements (e.g., building dimensions, clear spans, crane capacity, wind loads, insulation, and cladding specs) to propose optimal PEB configurations. Collaborate closely with internal structural design and estimation teams to prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, structural layouts, and technical proposals. Conduct technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the cost efficiency, structural safety, speed of erection, and long-term utility of PEB solutions. Commercial Negotiation & Deal Closure:Prepare formal tenders, price quotes, contract terms,



payment milestones, and milestone delivery schedules.Lead commercial negotiations, techno-commercial discussions, and contract finalization with client CXOs, procurement heads, and factory planners. Ensure clear alignment on scope of work (design, manufacturing, supply, and site erection responsibilities) to eliminate post-order scope creep. Project Alignment & Payment Recovery:Coordinate between the client, design engineering team, plant production, and site erection teams to ensure seamless project kickoff and execution.Monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and ensure timely recovery of advance payments, milestone billing, and final contract retentions
