Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure precast elements are manufactured in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

2-Prepare, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and quality checklists.

3-Conduct Pre-Pour Inspections of moulds, reinforcement, inserts, embeds, blockouts, prestressing arrangements, and dimensions prior to casting.

4-Conduct Post-Pour Inspections of precast elements for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, concrete quality, and compliance with tolerances.

5-Monitor mould preparation, concrete batching, casting, curing, demoulding, handling, storage, and dispatch activities.

6-Perform and review material and concrete tests as per project specifications and applicable standards.

Maintain inspection records, test reports, NCRs, pour cards, and quality documentation.





7-Identify quality deviations, raise NCRs, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with production, planning, engineering,and consultants on quality-related matters.

8-Ensure traceability, identification, and final quality clearance of precast elements before dispatch.

Participate in internal audits, client inspections, and quality review meetings.

9-Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

3-5 years of experience in precast concrete production, QA/QC, and quality assurance systems.
