Role & responsibilities :
- 1-2 years of experience (Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome).
- Manage investigator and grant payments using financial systems with high accuracy.
- Review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and ensure payments align with contract terms.
- Perform Excel-based tracking, invoice reviews, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support forecasting, sponsor invoicing, and audit/compliance activities.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial data management is required.
Preferred candidate profile :
1. Robust proficiency in Excel and financial data handling
2. Experience with invoice processing and data reconciliation
3. Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
