Position: AI Engineering Lead / Architect

Experience:



7+ Years Overall

AI/ML Engineering Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience building production-grade AI/ML systems
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG & NLP
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker
- Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda, S3, Glue & EKS
- Experience building Data & AI pipelines
- Robust understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, Monitoring & Model Versioning
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.
- Exposure to Docker & Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Security, Guardrails & Governance

Domain Preference

Experience in the Insurance domain will be an added advantage.

Interview Steps: Technical Round (online) --> Leadership Round --> Face to face final Round (Mandatory in office) --> HR Round
