- SAP TM Consultant Transportation Management Job Summary An SAP TM Consultant is responsible for designing configuring implementing and supporting SAP Transportation Management solutions to optimize transportation planning freight management logistics execution carrier collaboration and freight settlement processes The consultant works closely with business stakeholders logistics teams and technical teams to deliver endtoend transportation solutions within SAP S4HANA or ECC landscapes
Key Responsibilities
- Functional Analysis Solution Design Gather and analyze transportation and logistics business requirements Conduct workshops fitgap analysis and solution design sessions
- Translate business requirements into SAP TM solutions Design transportation planning and execution processes SAP TM Configuration Configure

- Participate in endtoend implementation projects Prepare functional specifications for custom developments Support SIT UAT regression testing cutover and golive activities
- Provide hypercare and postproduction support Support Optimization Troubleshoot transportation and freight management issues Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities Support change requests and enhancements Monitor system performance and recommend best practices
- SAP S4HANA TM
- SAP ECC TM
- Integration with SD MM EWM GTS
- BOBFBOPF concepts preferred
- IDoc EDI API integrations
- Basic ABAP understanding preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Supply Chain Logistics Engineering or related field
- 10 years of SAP TM experience for Consultant roles
- At least one endtoend SAP TM implementation preferred
- SAP TM Certification is an advantage
