Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage technical delivery projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.
- Ensure effective governance through the use of tools such as Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and Confluence for documentation.
- Provide leadership support to junior team members on best practices in technical delivery management.

Job Requirements :

- 13-19 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in artificial intelligence, large language models, gaming platforms etc. .
- Robust understanding of Project Delivery Management principles including Sow (Systems Of Work) framework.
- Proficiency in using JIRA/Confluence/PSM/Portfolio Management tools for tracking progress against sprint planning documents created using MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience working with clients across various industries including Gaming sector.
