Job description: Manager HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives
- Support HR operations, including payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure HRMS data is up to date
- Collaborate with management to ensure employee satisfaction and retention
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Qualification - MBA HR
- 4-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Proactive, approachable, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills for effective employee interaction
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
