1. Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages.
2. Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and complaints.
3. Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing.
4. Maintain customer records and prepare reports using MS Excel.
5. Follow up with customers and provide regular updates.
6. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
