Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, drivers, and updates.
- Manage service desk tickets, incidents, and service requests.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN connectivity and network printers.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook.
- Provide remote technical support to end users and ensure timely issue resolution.
