Remote

- 4+ years of experience in Release Management, Release Coordination, Project Coordination, PMO Support, Agile Coordination, Delivery Coordination, or related technology delivery roles.
- Experience supporting software development or technology delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating activities across multiple teams.
- Ability to influence and drive action without direct managerial authority.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience tracking work within Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar delivery management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini,



or similar technologies to support planning, analysis, reporting, or workflow optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Release Management, Release Coordination, or Release Analyst roles.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps release and work management processes.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Protected delivery frameworks.
- Experience coordinating activities across Product, Development, QA, and Business teams.
- Experience creating release reporting, executive status updates, dashboards, and communications.
- Experience supporting process improvement or transformation initiatives within software delivery organizations.
- Experience implementing workflow automation, reporting enhancements, or operational improvements.
