Job Summary

GCP AI Dev Role P3 position. Experience Required 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and develop Gen AI applications and AI Agents and RAG based solutions.
- Build and integrate MCP servers and multi agent frameworks.
- Drive architecture and technical solutioning and implementation with client.
- Create architecture and design artifacts for solutioning.
- Design scalable backend API layers using Java or Python (FastAPI/Flask).
- Deploy and optimize solutions on Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Cloud Run, and GKE.
- Provide technical leadership, guide team members, and enforce code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align architecture with business needs.
- Meet the Security Standards and Align with responsible AI.

Requirements

- Robust experience in Java, Python, API development, backend engineering.
- Strong expertise in AI architecture and design.
- Hands on experience in AI app development (ADK or LangChain, LLMs, Agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search).
- Proven experience building MCP servers or agent orchestration components.




- Strong experience of Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (preferred).
- Ability to lead teams, mentor juniors and conduct reviews.
- GCP Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform Compute Services, Storage Services, GKE, Network, Databases.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI frameworks LangGraph, LlamaIndex, ADK, Agent Dev Kit, A2A.
- Strong understanding of multi agent systems orchestration.
- Experience in multi cloud is a plus.
- Google Cloud certifications PCA or ML Engineer.
- Agentic AI badges or GCP Gen AI Leader.
