Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM/WM Module Lead to lead Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) functional workstreams in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM and Classic WM, experience leading implementation projects, and a solid understanding of S/4HANA logistics simplifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP MM and WM functional workstreams across SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

Drive end-to-end solution design and configuration for Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, and Warehouse Management.

Manage warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound operations, putaway, picking, storage types, and storage sections.

Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and align business processes with SAP best practices.

Identify ECC-to-S/4HANA differences, logistics simplifications, and custom code impacts.

Coordinate with SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, EWM, and TM teams for seamless integration.

Lead testing activities, defect resolution, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.





Manage stakeholder communication, team coordination, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.

Mandatory Skills :

12+ years of relevant SAP MM and WM functional experience.

Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA WM implementations.

Strong expertise in SAP MM P2P, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Valuation.

Hands-on experience in SAP Classic WM configuration and warehouse processes.

Strong knowledge of S/4HANA logistics simplifications and ECC-to-S/4HANA differences.

Proven experience leading MM/WM functional workstreams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of MATDOC, inventory simplification, and Business Partner (BP) concepts. Exposure to Embedded EWM.

Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

Knowledge of LeanIX and Signavio.

SAP S/4HANA MM or Logistics certification.

Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, or Consumer Goods.
