Objectives of this role

- We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging email content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive customer engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns
- Create, edit, and optimize email content for better engagement
- Manage email marketing tools and platforms
- Segment email lists and personalize campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign execution
- Maintain and update email databases





Skills and qualifications

- 2-8 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates (basic level preferred)
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Positive understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with CRM tools
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing
- Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing campaigns
