Job Title - Maintenance Fitter

Industry: Food Processing Packaging (Peanut/Nuts Processing Plant)

Qualification: ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical

Experience: 3-5 Years

Department: Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of production and packaging machines.
- Handle mechanical breakdowns and troubleshooting.
- Maintain conveyors, elevators, roasting machines, sorting machines and packing machines.
- Repair and replace bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes and other mechanical parts.
- Perform basic fabrication, welding, grinding and fitting work.




- Ensure proper machine functioning and minimize downtime.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with the production team.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of mechanical fitting and maintenance.
- Experience with food processing and packaging machinery preferred.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown handling.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
