About Hygiene Care Division (Approx. 1350 cr)
HCD is into Hygiene, Utensil and Laundry care division. It has five manufacturing units in India and two in Bangladesh & One in Ethiopia. Product segments of RSPL ltd. for international markets are taken care by HCD division.

This job role is for RSPL HCD Division (Hygiene Care)

Role & Responsibilities





- Prepare monthly MIS for international business operations by consolidating financial performance across Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Health, and other international businesses to provide timely financial insights to management.
- Review General Ledger balances and support financial reporting by validating accounting entries and performing ledger analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting and month-end closure.
- Manage government subsidy accounting by coordinating documentation and accounting treatment with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely recognition of eligible government incentives.
- Manage fixed asset accounting by overseeing asset capitalisation, depreciation, and fixed asset accounting processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and accurate asset records.
- Support investment accounting and reporting by coordinating with Corporate Affairs and monitoring investment-related transactions to ensure accurate reporting of investment performance.
- Provide accounting support for month-end activities by managing prepaid expenses, exchange rate updates, and accounting adjustments to facilitate timely and accurate financial close.
- Support periodic balance sheet reviews by analysing account balances and resolving reconciliation issues to improve financial statement accuracy.
- Coordinate with country finance teams to standardise reporting practices and improve consistency across international operations.
