Role: Talent Acquisition Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Volume Hiring positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure timely closures while meeting hiring targets and TAT.
- Maintain candidate and stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Sales/Manufacturing and Bulk Hiring.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
- Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
