- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide functional expertise.
- Design, implement, and test Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for Core HR, Absence & OTL.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle Fusion HCM configurations and customizations.
