- Positive knowledge of the Bankruptcy process and related documents.
- Strong understanding of Proof of Claim (410A), Motion for Relief, Agreed Order, NOFC and Discharge Audit processes.
- Experience reviewing Bankruptcy documents required for filing MFR.
- Good understanding of Mortgage and Bankruptcy-related documentation.
- Ability to review borrower details for applicable state-regulated protections.
- Ensure cases are processed in accordance with regulatory, investor/insurer and Trust Policy requirements and timelines.
- Accurate updating and documentation of cases in relevant tracking systems.
