Job Description

East Point Group of Institutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and the ability to create engaging designs for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and institutional communications.

Freshers with a robust portfolio and proficiency in graphic design tools are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for the institution.
- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and recruitment or admission promotions.
- Develop visual content for events, seminars, college activities, and institutional announcements.
- Work closely with the marketing, admissions, HR, and other departments to understand design requirements.
- Maintain consistency with the institution's branding, colours, logos, and visual identity.
- Edit and enhance images and incorporate feedback to deliver high-quality designs.
- Manage multiple design assignments and ensure timely delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification in Graphic Design,



Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in graphic design. Freshers with relevant skills are welcome.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design tools.
- A strong creative sense, attention to detail, and understanding of typography, colour combinations, and layouts.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- A portfolio showcasing design work is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Social media creatives and digital marketing designs.
- Poster, brochure, and promotional material design.
- Basic photo editing and image manipulation.
- Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
