Procurement Executive Construction & Real Estate (Hyderabad)

Experience: 2-3 Years (minimum)

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech (Civil Engineering / Supply Chain Management)

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month

Preferred: Immediate joiners with construction industry experience

Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and market prices.
- Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost-comparison expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Understanding of POs, quotations, invoices, and GST documentation.




- Ability to maintain purchase registers and vendor payment trackers.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Candidate Requirements

- 2-3 years of procurement experience (construction/real estate preferred).
- Familiarity with construction material suppliers and vendor networks in Hyderabad.
- Experience handling procurement for multiple project sites.
- Ability to independently manage vendor negotiations and purchase follow-ups.
- Willingness to visit suppliers, warehouses, and project sites when required.
- Responsible, organized, and cost-conscious approach.
